Dogs and humans don't always see eye-to-eye; that's okay.

If dog training was easy you wouldn't be searching for a trainer.

My job is to bridge the language barrier between person and dog and keep the training process going smoothly. You want a dog that listens to you, and your dog wants a loving home. Allow me to help you achieve what you both want, resulting in a well trained dog and a peaceful household.

I look forward in joining you to make that a reality!

Jordan Clark, CPDT-KA, PFNS

Dog Trainer

I have always loved animals since growing up on a farm. Loving animals doesn't make you a good trainer though. I took that love for animals and continued my education by working professionally with them for 4 years before training ended up becoming an unexpected journey for me; one I would never change!

My own dog, Ranger,  (pictured here with me at Acadia National Park, Maine) is CGC certified and has been an amazing companion in life.

I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) and a Pet Food Nutrition Specialist (PFNS). I only use humane and science-based methods during my training. I have been working with dogs for over eight years, and have been training for four of those years. My experience includes training obedience and behavior modification to dogs of all sizes, and working with the laziest of dogs and the most excitable. I am also well versed in working with dogs that struggle with aggression, reactivity, hyper-arousal, separation anxiety, and many other special cases. I am always looking forward to a challenge and finding ways to help both you and your dog meet your goals.

With over 1300 dogs coming to me for training over the past four years, I feel confident I can help you with any training needs you might have.

One-on-one training is excellent to achieve an ideal working environment based on your dog's needs. This is a great option for those more complex behaviors. More than one session may be needed for a proper training program

which will be determined during the initial consult.

I currently offer Introductory Obedience, Intermediate Obedience, Advanced Obedience, and a variety of seminars! These group classes allow you to learn a multitude of cues and behaviors with a set curriculum designed so you see success as quickly as possible. Seminars are great for learning more about various topics such as potty training and socialization. Reserve a spot today to have a well behaved dog tomorrow!

Canine Good Citizen Certification through the AKC as well as CGCA (community) and CGCU (urban) certifications.

As a pet food nutrition specialist I can help you with any dietary questions and/or issues you may be having. Nutrition is an important part of your dog's overall health and training journey.

By signing up for training lessons you will receive access to a closed Facebook page where you can join a group of over 175 other dog parents just like yourself, and be able to learn more information on dog training, share success stories, and connect with other dog owners. You will also receive nutritional advice complimentary!
